How to measure

Lay a polo or rugby shirt you already own flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit to compare with the half chest measurement above.

Measure from the centre back of the collar down to the hem for body length, and from shoulder seam to sleeve edge for sleeve length.

These measurements reflect the garment size, not body measurements.

If you're between sizes, most customers choose their regular size.
