How to measure
Lay a pair of shorts you already own flat and measure across the waistband from side to side to compare with the half waist measurement above.
Use the stretch measurement as the comfortable maximum waist allowance when sitting or moving.
Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem to compare overall length.
These measurements reflect the garment size, not body measurements.
If you're between sizes, most customers choose their regular size.
